By accessing or using ShipKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

ShipKit provides a SaaS boilerplate with integrated development tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Pro edition is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
